Mr. Madanmohan Cheedalla, (Founder, Vijetha Group) succeeded as a veteran in the real estate industry. With 30+ years of experience in real estate and construction - started his career as a building planner [Civil Engineering]. His knowledge in real estate, empowered him to build innovative lifestyles in Bangalore and Hyderabad. Mr. Madanmohan is the first to introduce Gated Community Lifestyle in East Hyderabad His passion for delivering aspirational lifestyles shall be the foundation for the Vijetha Group for years to come.

Mr. Vivek Cheedalla, aged about 30 years is the designated partner of AASHVI VIJETHA LLP, He is a graduate from NMIMS, Mumbai, after 3 years working as business head (Vodafone) of West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh, Sikkim he decided to take ahead the legacy of Vijetha Group. Vijetha group began its operation in 1997, founded by Mr. Madan Mohan Cheedalla Ji, Vijetha has been a neighbourhood brand for home seekers in Hyderabad and Bengaluru. Mr. Vivek Cheedalla with experience of his father of 25 years guiding him coupled with corporate experience was directly involved in delivering Gated communities, Urban living condos (4 projects | 335 units of 2,3,4 Bhks) delivered in last 3 years. 1000+ units residential upcoming construction under banner of AASHVI VIJETHA LLP , the belief from a heavy weight investor bank and innovative think tank ensure quality and timely execution of our projects.
